The villa is located near the charming town of Alhaurín de la Torre in a very quiet neighbourhood yet close to the airport (10'), the beach (15') and Málaga city center (20'), all by car.

The villa itself is situated in a small hilltop relative to the surrounding houses making it virturally an island of privacy to enjoy, relax and further explore Málaga from. It is ideal for a get away with friends or family from the crowd and enjoy the sunshine, the pool, BBQ and much more.

The villa is a mixture of traditional Spanish and minimalistic styles, it has 3 bedrooms (2 ensuites) and 3 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining room and 1 large kitchen. All equipped with air conditioners and includes high speed WiFi connection throughout.

The house has an inner patio that divides it into two areas, one with the main bedroom (ensuite and with both bathtub and shower) and one with the two guest rooms (one ensuite and one smaller room with outside bathroom) so everybody can have their full privacy.

The kitchen comes fully equipped, in case you want to enjoy a home cooked meal, with modern stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher plus washing machine and dryer.

Outside of the house, but still well within the property area, right in front you'll find a large yard where the swimming pool is located, you'll also find a covered terrace equipped with outdoor furnitures where you can enjoy eating outside. There is also a smaller court yard at the back of the villa with a stone table and benches accessible through one of the guest rooms or by going around the house.

There is a developing, large garden area in the lower part of the property and well enough parking space for 3-4 cars both in the lower and upper area of the property.

The villa is nicely situated close to transportation hubs (10 mins drive to the airport plus a bus stop at 5 mins walking distance where it can take you to the regional train networks, Renfe).

The nearest beach is in the neighbour town of Torremolinos within 15 mins drive, although there is many other beaches across the entire cost line within 30 mins drive.

The Málaga city center is around 20 mins by car where you can find restaurants, museums and many other tourist attractions, beside being an amazing city and renown for its vibrant day and night lifes.

Other interesting towns or cities within day trip driving distance include Nerja (50 mins), Fuengirola (25 mins), Marbella (45 mins), Ronda (1h 10mins) and perhaps Granada (1h 30mins).

The property has enough space for 4-5 normal sized cars. Similarly it has space for even vans and camper vans.

While there is a nearby public bus service, it is not the most convenient and not that frequent. Therefore, is highly advised for the guests to have a car. It would be a lot easier to go around and explore the surroundings.
